The Latest Interior Colour Trends: As Told by Verona
At exact Kitchens, we know that choosing the right colours for your home is just as important as picking the perfect design. Colours set the mood, bring personality to your space, and - when chosen well - make your kitchen feel like the heart of your home, or your bathroom your personal sanctuary.
So, what’s trending in interiors right now? Inspired by Verona Group’s latest lookbook, here are the colour trends that are shaping beautiful homes in 2025.
Soft, Natural Stone
Want to create a calm, relaxing space? Soft, natural stone shades are the way to go.
Think large, earthy tiles with soft flecks met with light oak and gold finishes. These tones bring an effortless elegance to any kitchen, making it feel both timeless and inviting.
Rich Marble
Marble is always in style, but we’re seeing a shift towards bolder, more dramatic designs. Classic white, grey, and gold marbles remain popular, but statement stones like onyx and colourful marbles in shades of blue, green, and even pink are stealing the spotlight.
If you love a bit of drama in your interiors, this trend is for you!
Gold Tones
If you’re after warmth and depth, gold tones are everywhere right now.
From marbles with gold veining to terracotta tiles, colours are shifting towards richer, warmer shades. Even grey and black tiles are getting a glow-up, with warm undertones adding softness and sophistication.
Deep, Forest Green
Bringing the outdoors in is a huge trend, and deep, rich greens are leading the way.
Whether it’s a forest green shaker kitchen (like the one we saw at the
Beckermann Kitchen Show), leafy prints or accents of wood grain, these natural hues create a cosy, organic feel. It’s all about making your space feel connected to nature.
Muted Tones
Soft, cosy colours are on the rise. Dusky mauves, warm burgundies, terracotta, smoky mocha, and soft blues are all part of this year’s palette. Muted mustard and ochre are making an appearance, too!
Whether you go all-in with colour drenching or balance bold shades with neutrals like ivory, greige, and taupe, this trend is perfect for a warm and inviting home.
No matter which of these trends speaks to you, we’re here to help bring your dream kitchen or bathroom to life. Whether you’re after something bold and dramatic or soft and understated, the expert design team at Exact Kitchens can help you create a space that feels just right for you and your family.
