KITCHEN DESIGN & INSTALLATION

A visit to our showroom with a nice tea or coffee is the start of our process. We will go through our checklist and your wish list, and talk through which style of kitchen you are looking for and specifics like worktops, appliances, flooring and any building work required. From here, we can give you an estimated cost.

The next step is for us to carry out a home visit and site survey to further assess the scope of works and ensure the vision for your new kitchen will work within the space. This stage will help us to plan the most efficient layout for your kitchen, from cabinetry to appliances and any seating areas. This helps set us up for the exciting part... the design stage. 

This is where we complete your new kitchen design and invite you back to the showroom so we can present it to you on our full-sized screen. We can discuss any changes, show you the products that are included in the design in more detail, and discuss the quotation. There are usually a couple of rounds to the design process before the kitchen is finalised and agreed.

Once the key decisions are made, a 25% deposit is paid to commission Exact for your new project. Don’t worry, this isn’t every detail decided, we can update along the way and give you a cut-off date where all final choices need to be made.

Before installation, we will carry out any agreed building work such as creating new openings, moving windows, or layout alterations. This will all be included as part of your agreed contract, so you only have one cost to consider.

The installation stage is fully project-managed and includes all plumbing and electrical work to give you full peace of mind and remove the hassle. We will give you a guide of the job length so you know what to expect and when.
