If you know someone planning a new kitchen or bathroom, simply complete the form below and we’ll get in touch to introduce ourselves and discuss their plans.

As a thank you, if they go ahead with their project, we’ll send you both a gift voucher of your choice upon completion and settlement of the final invoice:

• £250 each for a kitchen referral
• £150 each for a bathroom referral

*Subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Referrer must be an existing customer of Exact Kitchens Ltd
• The referred person must be a new customer and not already in discussion with, or previously quoted by, Exact Kitchens Ltd.
• Referrals must be submitted via the official form before the referred customer makes contact directly.

2. Qualifying Project

• The referred customer must proceed with a confirmed order (signed contract and deposit paid).
• The project must meet the following minimum spend thresholds:
• £25,000 for a kitchen project
• £15,000 for a bathroom project

3. Reward

• Upon receipt of the referred customer’s final invoice payment, both the referrer and the referred customer will receive:
• £250 each for a qualifying kitchen project
• £150 each for a qualifying bathroom project
• Vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

4. Time Limits

• The referred customer must proceed with their order within 3 months of the referral submission date.
• Exact Kitchens Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice.

5. Data & Consent

• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained permission to share the referred person’s contact details.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
